Covid-19 has wreaked havoc on the human race. Not only are people's lives and health at stake, but is the global economic system. As the pandemic continues, different variants surface one after another. Countries all around the globe have been modifying their policies in response to the developing issues and safeguarding oneself and others from the pandemic has become common sense in everyday life. Recently, An Era of Conscience website launched the "Antiviral Combat" animation. This short animation, with vibrant and engaging contents, allows everyone to quickly learn easy pandemic prevention techniques, in addition to strict preventive measures, and is ideal for the entire family to watch.

The most effective method of preventive care requires both physical and mental health. "Antiviral Combat" tells the story of Mary, the protagonist, who became infected with Covid-19 due to a momentary negligence, and it reveals the facts that most people may easily overlook. It also reminds everyone that even if you are infected by the virus, you should not panic as long as you follow the doctor's instructions, practice good preventive measures internally and externally, and develop healthy living habits and proceed with the quarantine. More importantly, you must maintain an optimistic and positive attitude, as well as strengthen your body and mind's immunity, in order to minimize the harm caused by the viral invasion.

We may increase our body and mind's immunity to minimize the harm caused by the viral invasion by practicing good preventive measures internally and externally, as well as maintaining an optimistic and positive attitude.

Implementing the "5 Do's, 3 Don'ts," and "6 Tips" in daily life, the 5 Do's are to wash hands frequently, drink more warm water, exercise more, be happy, and be more cautious. Don't get angry, don't worry, and don't be nervous are the three don’ts. And the 6 Tips emphasize: wash hands frequently, wear a mask, practice social distancing, stay mentally positive, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, and increase lung capacity with breathing exercises.

"5 Do's, 3 Don'ts," and "6 Tips", these anti-viral measures have also been instructed and promoted online by educators at all levels.

These are essential health and pandemic prevention tips for modern people; these anti-viral measures have also been instructed and promoted online by educators at all levels. During the pandemic, the ANEOC website featured a series of "3 Don’ts and 5 Do’s Strategy" online activities, inviting everyone to participate in the fun, family-oriented, all-encompassing activities while being reminded of the preventive tips. There is a popular pandemic prevention animation zone, as well as a kind reminder from medical professionals, so that you can learn the latest preventive measures all at once, as well as conscience-themed coloring and drawing activities suited for family activities. It establishes a vital pandemic prevention net for everyone to use in order to stabilize the body and mind.

How can humans restore peace and stability in a world rife with stress, anxiety, and depression? Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze, initiator of the An Era of Conscience Movement, and Tai Ji Men's Zhang-men-ren (grand master) once stated that the best approach is to practice conscience, love, and human rights. Dr. Hong emphasizes that conscience is not simply a noun, but rather something that may be understood and acted upon immediately. He encourages everyone to take a quiet moment every day in their busy lives to allow their awakened conscience to be with them at all times, guiding them to do good deeds and stop bad acts; to get up and start moving; to reflect daily and find motivation from reflections; and to turn those motivations into aspiration. These acts will not only benefit us, but will also influence others, contribute to society, and help the planet.

Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze’s prayer for the world has been translated into over 70 languages and spread around the world.

Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze’s prayer for the world has been translated into over 70 languages and spread around the world. Dr. Hong also hopes that everyone can find their innocent conscience through daily meditation and reflection, and that everyone's conscience can be awakened through actions. He also wishes for the pandemic to end soon, for the world to be free of war, and for all global citizens to work together to create a world of conscience that enjoys peace, safety, respect, and mutual support.

During the pandemic, the ANEOC website launched a series of "5 Do's, 3 Don'ts," and "6 Tips" online activities, and invited everyone to participate.

In the Covid-19 storm, we must learn to adjust to the pressure as well as improve our preventive skills. We must face the pandemic with honesty, halt the virus's spread with conscience, and remember that taking care of ourselves is looking after others. Furthermore, the pandemic has caused a major impact on the economy. People must remain calm, collaborate, and overcome challenges together at this time with positive energy. Everyone is cordially invited to endorse the " Declaration of International Day of Conscience" and the "Declaration for the Movement of An Era of Conscience",to pay it forward with acts of kindness, and to uphold conscience in order to make the future world a better place.
