Disneyland California celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. After six decades, winds of conscience sweep the air! On June 7th, a cultural festival that entails a mystical appearance of Eastern legends showers world-renowned Disneyland Park in California: The Tripitaka monk and his apprentices have a secret mission, what could it be? Legendary figures of ages past such as the Tripitika monk, the Monkey King, and Hua Mulan all appear in our time. They came to remind us of the three greatest treasures that our generation needs. Through story-telling in magical Disneyland, an Era of Conscience movement is being celebrated; warmth, heart-moving and positive energy are being shared to tourists from all over the world.

At 11 am in Disney’s California Adventure Park, gentle rhythm of Eastern flavor resounds in the air. This journey of the Tripitaka monk and his three apprentices will make its appearance in our 21st century, and they are searching for three most wanted treasures. There will be surprises along the way, such as encountering well-known figure Hw Mulan, and recognizing the three treasures of love, courage and peace. All actors in this performance, ages 7 to 47, are dizi of Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy. They practice martial arts since young, and have years of solid martial arts foundation; their performance is of strength and aesthetics, and most importantly, they interpret how heroes of conscience would be in our modern time.

Over 30 minutes of performance attract audiences from all over the world, and many young children are deeply engaged in this fabulous tale. Even the adults are touched and begin their search of the three treasures in their lives. Volunteers of An Era of Conscience travel to Disneyland Park to promote an Era of Conscience Movement, and they also sing An Era of Conscience song along with the audience. The audience is also invited to do the conscience gesture as a symbol of their support and to send wishes of conscience for Disneyland and themselves. Disneyland Park presented the “Disney Performing Arts award” to Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy to applaud their dedication to the arts.Since this is the first time Tai Ji Men performs at Disneyland, Zhang-men-ren of Tai Ji Men, Dr. Hong Tao-tze graces the occasion with his personal presence, and also presents a certificate of cultural exchanges appreciation to Disneyland.

To many people, Disneyland is the dreamland of numerous captivating adventures. This place continues to move the hearts of many people, preserving their innocence and giving them memories of joy. The Movement of An Era of Conscience integrates cultural performance and moves the meaning of joy to a whole new spiritual height. Initiator of the movement of An Era of Conscience and Zhang-men-ren of Tai Ji Men, Dr. Hong Tao-tze said: “Children today are the leaders of tomorrow. Today’s actions reflect upon our children like mirrors. If every person activates their conscientious heart and follow their conscience throughout every action they take in their lives, our society will be more stable, secure, and peaceful. In this way we can provide with our children a worry-free childhood, allowing them to develop their unlimited potential in a high quality and nurturing living environment. Once freed to express their true potential, they can create a better future that will benefit families, society, nations, and the world.”
